Where's that tooth fairy?

Notice the exceptionally large front tooth. This is a very stubborn tooth - it refuses to fall out. She wiggles it and twists it, still it persists. Abby finds it very amusing and likes to imitate a beaver. "Mommy, why is it SO big?" Because you are seeing half the root, that's why! Wait until she catches a glimpse of the grown up tooth that will replace it. Where IS that tooth fairy?
