School Concert

The theme was staying healthy and fit. The kindergartners and first graders sang about growing up, brushing your teeth and washing your hands. I especially liked the dance moves. Here's a snippet of the "Brush Your Teeth" song.

Toothless Wonder!

That stubborn tooth finally came out. And we may have two visits from the tooth fairy this weekend...the bottom left and the other front tooth are not far behind. She sort of whistles when she talks...kind of funny. :)

Finally out and about

The snow finally melted enough for us to get out of the house. Good thing, since we had things to do!

The smile may look a little forced, but she really did have
a good time at the 3D Beauty and the Beast movie.

Snow Days Continued...

The snow just kept coming and coming!

Abby made a "vertically challenged" snowman.
We are calling him "Shorty."

Snow Day!

We finally got some snow! And more snow, and more snow! I think about 6 inches in total, which is HUGE for this neck of the woods.

The girls were very excited to get out and play in the new winter wonderland. Mommy isn't quite so sure how/if she will get to work tomorrow!

Where's that tooth fairy?

Notice the exceptionally large front tooth. This is a very stubborn tooth - it refuses to fall out. She wiggles it and twists it, still it persists. Abby finds it very amusing and likes to imitate a beaver. "Mommy, why is it SO big?" Because you are seeing half the root, that's why! Wait until she catches a glimpse of the grown up tooth that will replace it. Where IS that tooth fairy?

Abby turned six on Saturday. This of course required a full weekend of celebration, including Friday at school.
